An ultrafragmented mosaic of post-revolutionary Tehran, a modern megalopolis of 14 million people most of whom are youngsters nicknamed "Children of the Revolution". The Tehran captured through Khoshnoudi's lens seems like a huge building site where there coexist billboards of ayatollah Khomeini and his successor, ayatollah Ali Khamenei side by side, one of the worst traffic jams on the planet, couriers on motorcycles, street vendors, young men anxious about compulsory military service and employment, girls in jeans and headscarves. Cellphones and iPods are everywhere, just like in any Western capital city. The cacophony of this metropolis is told in four chapters - "Yesterday's Graves", "In God's Name", "Tomorrow's Martyrs" and "Today's Ghosts".
