Turkish American Sibel Edmonds decides to join the FBI as a translator shortly after the 9/11 raids. Her daily routine at work runs quite smoothly until the day she informs her superiors she was contacted by some Turkish officials who are the object of secret investigations by the Bureau. Laid off since the denunciation, she
files a suit against the FBI but her claim is rejected. As the case is considered a State secret, she is forbidden to reveal its content. Yet, she fights to have the whole truth publicly disclosed.
