Using the format of a theater play, the circumstances of the brutal murder of 16-year-old Marinus Schöbert are pieced together. On the night of July 12, 2002, he was beaten to death in Potzlow, 35 km from Berlin, by two brothers, Marco and Marcel Schönfeld, who were his acquaintances and had hung out with him. Based on the legal papers of the case, the film gives voice to the murderers, to the parents and to the victim himself.
