The film pieces together the 900 days of the Leningrad Siege, the longest in World War II, using unique images of the city under siege by Adolf Hitler from September 1941 to January 1944. The fine material found in Moscow’s archives allows us to share the harsh daily life of its three million residents, of which 700 thousand died.
