Lisl Goldarbeiter, the first and only Austrian Miss Universe elected in 1929, is seen in this film through the loving eyes of Marci Tenczer, her cousin and second husband. "Never before or after has a more beautiful woman set foot on Earth", as the ever-infatuated Tenczer describes her. This documentary includes several video footage taken by Tenzer, an amateur filmmaker, throughout his life with Lisl ever since she was a teen and is complemented by archive footage. The film also depicts some violent periods in history - such as the rise of Nazism, the 1948 Communist Insurrection and the crushing of the Hungarian rebellion against the Soviets in 1956 - and the events of these two lives and thousands of others.
