Psychological scars left by different wars affect the lives of three former soldiers. 23-year-old Rob suffers from secundary post-traumatic syndrome. He can't forget what he did while stationed among the British troops at Basra, Iraq. The same mental disorder affects Cliff, a 78-year British war vet who fought in Malaysia in 1951. Even more than 50 years later, every night he relives the incident that cost the lives of his partners. Eddie, a former member of the UN peace-keeping force in Bosnia, has made several attempts at suicide.
