A resident of Kolkata in India, Salim Muhammad fulfilled his lifelong passion for the cinema when he got a movie projector. He has received numerous offers from collectors for his antique gadget, a shabby 1897 model. But Muhammad turns all the offers down and continues to screen parts of films on his projector for neighbors and slum dwellers in his hometown.
