Claas Danielsen
Born in Hamburg in 1966, Claas directed seven documentaries and has won several international awards. A teacher at the Munich School of Cinema, in 2000 he became The Discovery Campus Director of Studies, a program glared towards geared towards educating and training new documentary talents. Since 2004, he has directed Leipzig’s International Festival of Documentaries and Animation.


Leon Cakoff
Born in 1948, Leon has been a reporter and movie critic since 1969. In 1977, he founded São Paulo’s International Film Festival, which he still directs. His first short-length film was titled “Volte Sempre, Abbas”, and was co-directed with Renata de Almeida. In 2004, he produced the feature documentary “Welcome to São Paulo” with the participation of several international directors.


Paola Castillo
A Chilean filmmaker and teacher working both for cinema and TV, Paola directed fiction and short-length and feature documentary films, such as “Los Perros Tienen Hambre”(1992), “Buscando al Chino” (1998), “Niños del Paraíso” (2000) and “La Ultima Huella” (2002). For TV she directed award-winning programs such as “Cine Video + Teatro” and “El Show de los Libros”.
