Banco do Brasil has been a partner of It's All True since its first edition. For 16 years the festival has offered audiences the opportunity to see the most stand-out international and Brazilian documentaries.

The festival's diversified program is a showcase of nonfiction audiovisual production, and throughout its existence it has revealed authors, realities, styles and aesthetics from several parts of the world. The It's All True Festival has consolidated itself as one of the events most responsible for the diffusion and legitimation of the documentary genre in Brazil.

As in previous editions, the program chosen for the Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil will be shown in Rio de Janeiro, with the international competition, and São Paulo, where audiences can watch the international and Brazilian retrospectives, which illustrate the development of non-fiction cinema in Brazil and abroad.

By showing festival titles once again in its theaters, in a period in which the genre secures itself and gives signals of winning over the Brazilian public, the CCBB confirms its proposal of realizing a program that stimulates audience-building and contributes to the valorization of cultural diversity.
