Renato Barbieri A Brazilian filmmaker working for cinema and TV, Renato directed the documentaries “Atlântico Negro – Na Rota dos Orixás”, “Moçambique”, “Terra do Quilombo - Espaços de Liberdade” and “A Idade do Brasil”. His début in fiction was the feature length “As Vidas de Maria”.

Vânia Debs A professor of Audiovisual Communication at the University of São Paulo’s School of Arts and Communication (ECAUSP) with a masters degree from the Milan Catholic University. Edited several Brazilian films, among which “Perfumed Ball”, “Durval Discos” and “Alice’s House”, and also the TV series “O Povo Brasileiro” written by Isa Grinspun Ferraz.

Beatriz Kushnir Director of Rio de Janeiro City Archives and professor of the History Department at Fluminense Federal University (UFF). Author of the books “Masked Ball: Jewish Women and Prostitution – Prostitutes and their Mutual Help Associations” and “Watchdogs: Journalists and Censors, from AI-5 to the 1988 Brazilian Constitution.”
