This documentary narrates the trajectory of Adhemar Casé, a Brazilian radio and television pioneer. Born in Pernambuco in 1902, he loses his father at an early age and must provide for his family. Moving to Rio de Janeiro in 1922 (the year of the first radio transmission in Brazil), he will go from radio salesman to creator of the "Programa Casé," in which he invented the first jingle, the first soap opera, and artist exclusivity for radio broadcasters. In this golden age during the 30s and the 40s, Casé launches artists like Noel Rosa, Carmen Miranda, and Orlando Silva. As partner of Assis Chateaubriand, he was also a television pioneer and is remembered in several testimonies from people like singer Dorival Caymii and his own granddaughter, Regina Casé.
