Ten people of different ages and experiences in search of a job participate in a selection process. Over two days, without knowing the job or salary in question or even the company they would work for, they are subjected to a series of tests and situations. Following this selection from the point of view of the candidates and also the recruiters, the film evaluates the use of mechanisms that are often brutal, in which individuals are pitted against one another in power games. Much more than their technical abilities, their self-respect and their mental resistance will be put to the test.
