Involved in editorial projects in embattled countries since 2003, Swiss-Lebanese cartoonist Patrick Chappatte travelled to the south of Lebanon in February, 2009. Despite the fact that the second Lebanese war had ended almost three years ago, he still found material to publish a story in comics form in the Swiss newspaper “Le Temps” about the conflict’s impact on the Lebanese people, who live daily with the fear of bombs that did not explode.
