This film is an essay about the controversial writer, lawyer, ethnographer and geographer Estanislao Zeballos (1854-1923), principal ideologist of the so-called Desert Conquest, a campaign triggered by the army at the end of the 19th Century that led to the extermination of the majority of the indigenous people of Argentina.
