Bruno Fischli
He was a professor at the
Institute of Film and Media
Sciences at the University of
Osnabrück and at the Institute
of Film Sciences at the University of Cologne. He was in the
board of the Swiss Film Centre,
at the Department of Film and
Media at the head office of the
Goethe Institute. He is an
important cultural liaison between
Brazil and Germany, as he
directed the São Paulo Goethe
Institute for eight years. He is a
film critic and writes for several
newspapers and magazines.

Asako Fujioka
Specialized in the Asian film
market, since 1993 she has worked
at the Yamagata International Documentary Film
Festival. From 1995 to 2003 she
coordinated the New Asian
Currents Program, a collection
of films and videos produced
by emerging documentary filmmakers from Asia. Since 1977,
she has played a key role in the
initiative to support film directors,
presenting their films
abroad. She was the interpreter
and translator of International
Film Affairs.

Jay Rosenblatt
A documentary filmmaker graduated
on film production, in
UCSF, has built an academic
career and taught at some
major US universities. An habitué
at international festivals for
over 20 years, he has participated
in It’s All True with several
of his award-winning films: “I
am Charlie Chaplin” and “King
of the Jews”, among others. His
large experience has entitled
him to be an invited juror at
well-known festivals like the
Amsterdam International Documentary Film Festival (IDFA).
